SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The waiting time for the handcrafting and delivery of a pair of Re_ shoes depends on the workload of the workshop at any given time. Do not hesitate to ask us about the estimated delivery time when placing your order.

OUR SHIPPING COSTS ARE

• Free shipping in Spain
• International: 80 euros

Please note that depending on the delivery destination the shipping might be subject to import duties and taxes. These are charged once the item reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the item.

Refunds and exchanges can be issued by Re_. If the product is unworn and returned to us in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. All shoes should only be tried on a carpeted surface.

Please keep in mind each pair takes between thirty and forty hours of physical work and it is made specifically for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
